Family Loop - 1 mile – $12.00
The Family Loop is a shorter option slightly over 1 mile. This is a stroller friendly event. Kids walking alongside their parents or in strollers/carriers under the age of 5 are FREE.

We offer a separate event for kids called the Kid's Dash open to ages 8 and under.

Official Race T-shirts can be purchased before July 15th and are not included in the fee.
Kid's Dash – $5.00
*designed for ages 8 and under

The kid's dash will be an age-appropriate distance around the quad in front of the Knowledge Center. Toddlers can expect to tot between parents on the grass while the oldest participants making a full loop of the quad.

Official Race T-shirts can be purchased separately and are not included in the walking fee.
Walker-5K – $18.00
This is a 3.1-mile loop. This event is stroller friendly and kids under 5 walking alongside or riding in a stroller/carrier are FREE.

Come celebrate the 9th Annual Liquid Gold 5k on Saturday, August 3rd to bring awareness to breastfeeding as we kick off World Breastfeeding Week. The beautiful morning starts off at the University of Nevada, Reno - Knowledge Center. Our well-marked course winds through the University campus and after the race please stay for our great family event. There will be a children's fair, kid/family friendly vendors, post-race snacks and drinks, and a great raffle! And don't forget The Big Latch On which will take place after the race too!

T-shirts:

Official race t-shirt is available for purchase before July 15th. An assortment of adult and kids unisex t-shirts and women's v-neck styles are available at time of registration.

Parking Information:
Parking is free in the Brian J. Whalen Parking Garage across from the Knowledge Center.

Waivers:
Everyone must return a signed waiver before their event begins, including a parent or guardian of all participants in the Kid's Dash. We encourage participants to print and sign the waiver, which can be returned at Early Packet Pick Up or to the Registration Tables race day morning. Additional waivers will be available at Early Packet Pick Up and the Registration Tables.

* Kid’s Fair- 8:00am to 12:00pm with free demo classes and activities
